Hey guys, I sold an item for the first time on eBay, and am having trouble claiming the funds. I have a verified Premier account which should be enough, but whenever I try to view the Paypal transaction it asks me to sign up / upgrade my Paypal account.
I\'m not sure where to go from here, and I would definitely like to resolve it asap to get the model off to its new owner. Thanks!
