Eldar Colour Schemes

Has anybody got any nice ideas i could use for my new eldar army. After being inspired fom this years Grand Doubles i have decided to do a fast, tough eldar army. So if you have any ideas, throw em this way!!!

Are you after something original or to tie in with an existing craftworld?

I have always found that football strips can be quite inspiring for colour schemes, as you know that the colours will work well together.

Anyways, good luck and keep us posted with progress

Not all of them! Newcastle\'s away a case in point - it\'s horrendous

One thing I can suggest is the Dulux color site, or if you have any colour samples from decorating, have a play around with what looks good.

just have a play around with colours you like .. Think about colours you can paint well as this makes the whole army painting process a lot easier.

contrasting colours on pads and cloth work well but bear in mind simple schemes often look a lot better when seen as an army and are also a lot easier to paint.

i tried to do a liche purple & yellow colour scheme when i was painting bretonnians a while back, and thought id try that on my eldar. It sucked, until i lightened up the purple and made it more \"pinkish\", then it came up pretty cool. In my opinion, Eldar are complimented well with bright colours (Iyanden being a good point!) good luck and keep us posted with what you decide :beer:

You could always get the pantone colour swatchs, ok they might set you back about £200 for the full set, and you might not actually need them, but your bound to find a colour combo in thier! lol
