i know its too late but i think the cloak could have done with a bit of stiching between the patches of leather cloth or what ever it is.

I generally prefer minis with less exaggeration (thin weapons, near-realistic proportions) and the kind of stitching we often see is even overscale if it were intended to represent lacing much less stitches! So while I did think about it I had to go with puckers and gaps from where it was stitched irregularly, but invisibly.
