Those weeds look to be from the company of mother nature. I have some of those f'ers in my garden. Some kind of clingy lichen that replicate like tribbles ;)

I'm right cheap lol I used a bit of tree bark from next door neighbours tree and the foilage is dried moss, (dried it out in the oven), also from next door neighbours tree lol. There is awesome stuff in nature :).

and yeah I AB'ed

yellow-brown
dark red
a fleshly tone. (marble pattern)
bright orange. (marble pattern)
then I used a light brown ink follow by green ink (in a marble pattern)

after that was dried I stuck the moss on :)

Will follow your free hand like a hawk, yeah I usually take stuff from nature too, but in down town we don't find much, I have stuff I carry around for 20 years :)

I feel like a cheat when I mention airbrush. Like I've betrayed myself lol.... I keep telling myself its just another tool at my disposal and its OK to use.

Great to see how you are pushing yourself lately. You really have done some of your best work in this time, this is looking to be no exception.

sh Cheers guys. I've only improved with the support of you guys :) Golden.

For those of you who do sculpt a bit. I'm going to be sculpting an Ork Battle priest with Evil Sunz iconography. so he is going to be wearing a robe with leather pauldrons. With the robe for below the waist, is it advisable to just roughly shape out the legs the way you want them, let it cure and then make the lower half of the robe letting it fold naturally around the legs? I want to keep it fairly simple as I'm not that experienced with sculpting (but the only way to learn is to dive right in, right) and also I'm planning on doing a free hand pattern on the robe. I will properly go for a bear chest with some pauldrons (If I can't do the anatomy well, I think I should be ok, I'll just put a robe over the whole thing).

I'm reusing parts of the original sculpt, such as the head/pauldrons, arms, etc
Any advise? :)

So I've started on of the legs, I'm not too worried if its not perfect as its going to be mostly hidden by a robe and have knee high boots on him, but its my first real go as sculpting any muscle definition.

when its dry I'm going back in with more putty and start defining and smoothing out the leg muscles, I just wanted a rough shape to work on

that's a concern, I went through our parts internal post as I live miles away from post office. I'll chase they it left here all ok. I really wanna see your mug shot.

Yep, I'm trying my hand at sculpting, I'm taking it real slow and I'm using a huuumiee leg as a reference and just building it up in small layers, I should have the leg finished tonight and roughed out next leg.
