just another couple of hours on this one, stil got orbs, gems, base to do

O my man the base came along lovely it Def suits the model and that tinge of greenness suits the reds and brings em out more.wonderful painting on this wonderful model.

I like it except the eyes, it looks weird, and your picture is not big enough for zoom ;0 Tero is watching you Of course you don't have to be nuts and spend 2 days on eyes but i find good eyes to pro-pulse your mini a grade or 2.

For the orb, you could do what BaM did for the ressurrection orb on his necron lord. It would fit with the mini and the scheme.

I'm doing to do like an ethereal smoke inside the orb, using the same colours as the base, wish me luck lol

well, I'm happy with the orby thingy ma giggy

I'm pretty happy with the mage now and I feel hes finished, just got the display base to do with I've started on,, waiting for green stuff to dry... but basically doing a simple stone titled floor on a 40mm square base with a 20mm slot in piece so it can be used for gaming

I am just a mini freak like you man, and looking at you guys minis the way you do them man I am just in heaven, you know what I mean we are hard core mini painters we live to paint, I am happy to have you as a brush brother man, don't never let my slayer sword intimidate you or think I am better then you, it's all inside us, just sherrish the fact like I do now that unlike before mini painters are together and not alone in their corners.

yeah balls to nmm, tmm and smooth blends are my true calling.. thanks for the comments you lot are golden... ive got some more high elfs to paint up, but I've got a comp to win first
