If you want a great monster...

Get a great monster sculptor.

There are very few that do it as good as Wiebe does!

I will have that one!

Vikey, yep speaking of scaly as Demonherald mentioned do you see the HarryHausen influence?..course I credit the conceptor for that one..to me he really comes across as a sinbad creature perfect for a arabian setting..as big as he will be I suspect he will double as a giant..Jason says he has a goat also he will add as some fast food hanging from his belt..glad you guys like him so far.

Yeah, I can see the influence very well....But of course Harry Hausen (;)) is the king of that type of monster....

Here is what he makes me slightly think of...

Vikey yep thats the very one that comes to mind for me also..at least the left side of him..the concept I was told by Ignazio was inspired by a He-man character, with 2 heads .He knew I wanted a bit different ettin look so he went with something thats almost like 2 creatures in one..Partha made a mini basically just like the pic you showed, I think still available thru IWM for the fans.

I have that one!! It was one of my first minis oh so many years ago....Sculpted by Dennis Mize I believe.

Now that you mention the He-man influence, I can see that as well.

Its very cool to see where concepts form and the influences they use. Great stuff Mick!

Since Ray HarryHausen was brought up I introduced his work to our kids ,who didnt have a clue who he was but really enjoyed one of his movies= Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger. We spoke about the movie for some time since myself and hubby are big fantasy sci-fi buffs and now the boys are hooked asking for more
