I stay at a hotel called Clifton. It\'s across the street from the venue. That\'s all I know! :innocent: Orb has done all the booking and stuff... I think Conrad\'s staying at another hotel just up the street, or something, if I remember correctly.

It\'s a whole extra 100m to the event

Last couple of years a few of the guys from The Basement have spent a very pleasant evening sitting around in the Clifton have a few drinks and chatting away. Just that some of us have to stagger a bit further afterwards . . .

I booked it by mistake.....!!!

The Southcliff has the AFV guys and a bar that apparently stays open until 4 or 5 o\'clock in the morning. The Clifton bart closes at a civilised midnight

In a way, it might be a good thing to live at the \"quiet\" hotel... We won\'t be disturbed by hordes of shit-faced Scandinavian AFV modellers. These guys can drink!! It\'s walking distance to our hotel, anyway, right?

I cant drink (I was a bit to eager in my teenage years ) But I will make an effort to eat a big pile of cheese :drunk:

Read this on The Basement a couple of minutes ago about Military Modelling/Hobby Store

1) I ordered advance tickets for Euro Militaire-when nothing arrived after a week I responded to their confirmation E.Mail to ask why my tickets hadn\'t arrived yet. I had an E.mail back to say that they would be sent out about 2 weeks before the show...would it have been difficult to indicate that when I ordered the ticket?
