I nearly choked with laughter on that one. Great stuff. "Karate Ninja" hehe.

I never tried any power breaking during my training days, mainly because I value my hands and knuckle joints. So long as my fist can break someones jaw if required thats good enough for me, and thats a lot of time off work and a lot of lost money if you're doing that kind of thing and you screw up lol. Plus no painting or sculpting for a while hehe...

Funny stuff.

Speaking of breaking stuff....I remember when I worked in a magazine shop, one of the regular customers was a asian man who was the teacher of a martial arts club. His hands, and quite often his forehead, were always grossly swollen. Seriously, his knuckles looked like he had terrible arthritis, but it was all from tournaments and displays of idiocy...I mean martial prowess.

I expect that was conditioning exercises and probably power breaking as well. Thai boxers often use trees to kick against to condition their shins. I punched walls alot when I was training, breezeblocks that is not Cornish Stone walls lol! This was good training for hitting correctly with the two foreknuckles more than actual conditioning exercise though. Hitting lightswitches with single finger strikes is another good one. Take the bulb out first though lol!
