From the Hate ( The card, not a form of anger
) forum, I got to thinking about a line in the rulebook and how to handle it.
"according to the parameters of the card’s text.
Permanent cards are never exhausted, so their ability is always
at the disposal of the Hero who has it in his inventory." -p 26 Core Rulebook.
That leads me to interpret that if some how a permanent card does become exhausted then it's ability will not be at the disposal.
So if a card like hate can exhaust it does it lose it's powers?
I know health gains and re-rolls and added defense do not get lost, but other powers?
