I'm down with Snipes from Demolition Man. Maybe Denis Leary as well!

Also would love to have Alba in my house. And the plastic version. :p

The theme park sounds great to me. I love Zombieland and Dark Carnival is my favourite of the Left 4 Dead levels.

Would love to see a school for a tile set. For rules, maybe something about turrets and external support like air raids would be nice. Always love last stands against a horde with almost no hope of survival.

I quite like all the tiles you suggested, as long as we have Pegg, Frost and some vinyl to throw at the undeads ;)

I thought it would be cool to have a Nick Nolte survivor based on his infamous mug shot, but then any celebrity mug shot would be fun. (Maybe an expansion featuring the LA holding facility?)

Terra clips looks pretty wicked. I've never had the kind of gaming group to justify those purchases though. Pretty much just me and my wife, and only when I beg her, lol.

Much as a 3D setup adds to a game, you could certainly use side-by-side maps for the same gameplay. Even Terraclips (or older, cheaper WorldWorks products) are awkward if you try to play on both lower and upper levels at the same time.

I think I'd rather have two maps and solid walls on each.

On the plus side, the simple movement system means you can probably take any odd map and convert it quickly. Dead Rising, by Capcom, had a pretty good multi-level mall.

I want a "Mental" ward with some straight jacket Zombies, zombie guard dogs, and orderlies....

Or a Hotel with Zombie maids, butlers, guests, you could have alot of fun with the Zombie Guests or living Guests.

and some thing I think that would be fun and has been mentioned alot is a Zoo expansion. your stuck in the Zoo you got to get out.... but you got a Zombie Gorilla, Lion, Bear, Tiger, and Chimp to deal to first....

then there are those themes from Zombieland an amusement park, or a Lab with weird experiments going on in it [welcome to Umbrella]

or an under ground lair where you have to go clean out an infestation of Zombies. you need to clear out the sewers bit by bit..

The possibilities are out there, just use your imagination........

one more that would be interesting is a Medical holding camp your there to check for family and friends. but instead you find infected survivors. you need to move through the sea of humanity to find those infected and deal to them one way or another. As the clock ticks down one by one the survivors turn into Zombies.
all you need to do each turn is roll a d6 on a roll of 1 that survivor is infected. once infected he/she turns into a Zombie on a +2 on the next turn, +3 next turn until turn 6 they automatically turn into a Zombie. Only down side is your going to need a few Actual NPC survivors. hey its a great money spinner for them make up bags of NPC survivors for us to rescue etc....

just some random thoughts,....

LGW

I think the Zoo is such a good idea. Some said it earlier as well.

It'd give the Zombies a completely different set of skills. Giraffe's with longer reach, Gorillas that can jump etc.

Zoo Attack:

Gorilla would have a "crushing attack"
Giraffe "long reach"
Chimps "jumping attack"
Lion/Tiger "slashing attack"
Vulture/Eagle/Crow "pecking/scratching/clawing attacks"

just some ideas

Snake bite could (ironically) be not instant Zombification but slows your move down.

if you were using the Survivor who has a "Zombie Version" then once your bitten you can still use your Zombie mini and go hunt some survivors.
almost have to, considering the amount of Zombie version we now have. it could take X turns before your a full Zombie but once the time is up its brains for dinner.

The snake would be cool, but you would want either a VERY large snake or a base swarming with snakes.... if we do get snakes then we need an indie jones survivor we all know he HATES them....

I'm not so keen on moving the action out of the city centre to an Army Base or Woodland scenario. I'd rather keep any future tiles in the same scheme as the current ones to ensure mix'n'matchability. That said, I do like the idea of incorporating some of the ideas from such locations into the city location. For example, I'd like a tank tile, like the police car/pimpmobile one, to act as an objective/hideyhole on a crossroads (a la The Walking Dead). Of course if your survivors have the necessary skill set to get the thing working, that's when the real fun starts...
