Fresh in the bottle, no, not really. If you\'re having trouble with stuff drying out the seal on the cap isn\'t working properly so maybe keep the threads cleaner.
If that\'s not the problem though the only thing I can really suggest is sealing the edge with a strip of Parafilm M, which acts as a total seal to water (I use it to greatly extend the life of my tubes of superglue).

To extend drying time you might try glycerine. But there are loads of made products for this kind of thing.
Most of the commercial stuff uses a glycol of some sort as the ingredient that holds on to water (humectant) so you could try looking for that pure.
But be sure to watch the amounts you add - too much retarder of any kind will interfere with the proper drying of acrylic or vinyl paints.
