Extra Dice?

Are there extra dice packs available? The only place I found them was on miniature market, but they're listed as pre-order with no ETA. The CMoN store doesn't even list them.

I'm not looking for the Guild Dice, just the black and white ones. I was hoping that BtG would come with more dice.

I asked the CMoN store and they said they're out of stock and would update the store when they got more. There are people that have been looking for AQ dice since last year, these things are like tickets to the Masters...
