This is the second one, the first burnt in a warehouse fire. This one sold for like 7 million pounds to a private collector.

I was apparently wasting my time painting minis on commission. I should have been creating Nazi Bosch dioramas!

No.... you\'ve been wasting you time not doing what the guy who spent 7 million pounds on the Nazi Bosch diorama does!

THINK BIG!

It\'s such a wierd and wonderful piece. Some of the blends are really weak, like on the 103 Nazi, the one in the distance during the shot at the wire fence in the unloading sequence of the short film. That particular fig could\'ve used more steps in the blending. And maybe a spot color to tie that fig all together.

So it\'s not perfect. Just FYI.

Yes, I\'m kidding.

OK I have to say that its a touch of the \"Emperors New Clothes\" to me.

I\'ve watched that a couple of times now and all I can say is; £7 million for that?
Seriously hope that\'s NOT coming out of my taxes.

Someone tell me once again, that charging 100 EURO for ONE Model is expensive, while these Suckers sell Hundreds for 1 Million... by calling it art...^_^...

In addition, the Miniatures where not self sculpted... They are mostly modified Preiser Minis... red it on the \"Art\" Magazine...

And don\'t you forget it!

This piece (and yes Matt, pieces like your Leonardo tunnelling for Warpstone!) are so involved and surpass traditional single mini on a base that it\'s tough to cite them as examples for that old debate. Methinks.

It\'s such a bizarre display! 7 Million pounds, wow.

yeah that could be at MOMA, i consider it having nothing to do with what we do here. i mean yes, people here could have taken that floor plan and taken 10 years to paint ever model nicely but thats not what its about.
