Hi y\'all
I had some free time @work so I though I\'d do something useful for the community. This might help with the \"It\'s all been said before\" problem.

Newcomers: Here is a list of the most recurent topics, with links to related thread and article, I advise you take a look before posting questions, CMONers will like you more this way.;)

Edit:The directory itself is WIP,CMONers should feel free to pick it up and complete it, and bump it up every once in a while.
To help, post any article/thread to be added, with name and thread ID. I\'ll come back and edit if the idea is appreciated.
I did threads to page 13 and not the articles yet.

Hope I\'m being useful.

Once fully fleshed out, I think this would make a great article for the beginners articles sections.

Call the article \"How To Do Absolutely Everything\"

Excellent initiative. This would be a great one for the mods to sticky to the top of the forum. Perhaps even to put in as a must read before posting (I know you can do that with most forum software, but not sure about this one).

Hopefully this will reduce the number of identical threads.

Well, good start. I was wondering when something like this would be created. As I am sure we all getting tired of the same posts time and time again.

Glad you like it, I\'ll keep at it then, as I venture deeper in the annals for more knowledge.

Very nice Green One. I had thought of doing something like this in the past. I wonder if this can be made into a sticky thread so it is always on top. ???

Thanks Dauber, I\'ll update these soon.

Glad I can be of use.

By the way, I took a look deeper in these thread, some link to other thread and articles, some from other site, I think one could get lost into a universe of miniature related knowledge without having to do a single search...
I\'m currenly loading all this into a huge .doc file that would be the CMON compendium of miniature secrets.
I might find a way to distribute it in this form ( I\'m good at making docs, it\'s my job.) of course giving all credits to the site and writters. I\'ll keep you informed.

@mods and/or admins: The sticky thread idea is good, and I\'m pretty sure this can be done in this kind of php forum.

A FAQ would be nice but I think we\'d need a seperate section for it. I\'m keeping a list of reference books and sites which is in this message: http://www.coolminiornot.com/forums/viewthread.php?tid=5764 but it tends to be hard to find since it moves all the time.

Bye, Ming-Hua
