Saving Private Ryan
Patton
LOTR Trilogy
1st 3 Star Wars movies
The Longest Day
The Increadibles
5th element
Gladiator
the Pirates Movies
Last Samuri
The Mummy Movies
King Kong ( The origional) though the new ones pretty good)

Anything with the Three Stooges :drunk:

Dang DFD, with the exception of The Incredibles and Three Stooges (I\'m a Laurel and Hardy guy) your list is pretty spot on with mine should I have extended it more.

Next time my wifie throws me out I\'m coming to your place. :drunk:

My all time favorite is Tampopo by Juzo Itami. Nothing quite like a movie that manages to feature food prominantly in every Scene. I was SO hungry after watching that movie.

Lately, the best movie I\'ve seen in a couple years I think would be The Proposition. Honestly, it\'s a brilliant piece, but I swear no-one else has scene the movie.

So, I guess that\'s 2 \"westerns,\" neither of which were set in America, LOL.

Damn, thought I\'d be the first to say \"Princess Bride\".

Obvious favourites include Star Wars (originals, of course), Lord of the Rings, Conan the Barbaraian and Bugsy Malone ;)

My most obscure would have to be The Station Agent which is a magnificent study of outsiders and relationships and Peter Drinklage is magnificent in it.

Also, I\'m in the \"Reservoir Dogs was better than Pulp Fiction\" camp although I did love both. I find the characters in RD better developed and the real-time filming works brilliantly too.

A lot of what has been said.

Momento
Princess bride
Blade runner (original - not the directors cut)
Saving Private Ryan (I have never sat in such a quite movie theatre) AND when I first saw it I was pretty depressed - cheered me up no end actually.

Some not mentioned
Deliverence (just got myself a copy)
Hard boiled
New Legends of Shaolin
Brazil

I could go on and on and on but that would get tedious for all of us :D

EDIT
Oh and Angel Heart

The bizarre mix of;
1) It\'s a Wonderful Life
2) Mary Poppins
3) Ben Hur
4) The Incredibles
5) An American Werewolf In London

Can watch \'em again and again (although watching \'Ben Hur\' over and over kind of takes up your whole day)
