I was just listening to the radio about DB and the host was saying that he bailed out in the middle of a rainstorm with gale force winds over the mountains from a plane doing 250-300 (?) miles per hour.............Dont think DB got to spend any of the dough. I do remember that back in 1980 some kid was in the woods in the Vancouver-Portland area (where DB jumped) and found about $8000 in cash in the woods. It was all old and kind of rotted. Might be from DB.
