sure thing,.. as it's mostly for fun. But yes, a picture of your starting point is necessary to show where you started from, and then another one later on to show where you ended up. And the contest doesn't actually start until the 1st!!! So don't start painting yet!! we still have a bit of time for more people to sign up and stuff before we begin.

Okay, here's my first thought (but I really don't want to do it) I finish my DV set. All the Dark Angels are built and primed BUT I would be trying to finish ALL OF THEM. In one month That would be 3x bikers 5x terminators and 10x tactical marines to table top quality in one month Is that too crazy? Maybe I should pick something else...

That sounds like madness! maybe try for one of the units and that may help in finishing off the rest of them afterwards.

I would like to join in as well. The problem is: I have lots of minis that wait to get painted (or to get finished). Actually I gave away all that unpainted stuff recently. Tons of old GW-minis from the 80s. I'm sure I can find something.

I'm going to have to drop out BUT I have a good reason The NOVA armies this year are being painted from Feb to May and I said yes to helping out again. Not to steal, derail or abscond with painters, but if anyone is interested in helping out or knows anyone who might want to pitch in and paint a unit or two of 40K models for a good cause PM me and I'll forward you the contact info
