Modelled as a unit filler and painted as a unit centre piece, my Grave Guard Beserker ;) (because of the lack of armor and two swords!) What do you all think? I want to do a similar model on a smaller base, perhaps with a blue rather than red theme as an entry for this years Aust GD.

Looks good. If you are going to do soething similar for GD, you may want to push for more depth on the bone. It may be the photos, but the bone looks flat, and it is a primary part of the mini. Also work on the eyes on the severed head. But the metalliccs and cloth are very well done, particularly the weathering on the helmet. Very nice overall.

Excellent cheers :) yeah I don't think the head will make an appearance in the next one, he still looks shocked that his body is missing! Ok any suggestions for the bone? From anyone?

push the contrast on both the bone and the red.

Both look fine, but miss a bit of life, or vibrance...

the red highlights don't seem to follow the folds on the cloth.

hi there!
as said already i really think you should puch contrast more to make him even more dramitic. also, colourvariation of the bones is a cool thing, and can easily be done with some controlled washes (for example different browns and greens).
i dig his pose!
