There was a huge flood of new submissions earlier this week, and most have almost no comments, and very few views - I found this 8 pages back on its first day, and it\'s only got 5.6. I don\'t get it. It\'s way better than the majority of tabletop figures I see, so surely it should deserve a little more - I gave it a 7, and I know the submitter wasn\'t too greedy and gave it 7 as well.

Comments/feedback from you guys in the know would be much appreciated.

Is better than a 5 yes, but i think it needs more attention to the small details, the armour looks great, the highlighting (or is it camera glare? cant really tell) on the shoulder pad and arm is great. But things like the script, could have writing on it, and the book and skulls seem rushed and under detailed to me. so 6.3 for me.

A 5.5 for me. He has really done nothing other than put the paint on smoothly. There is little to no highlighting going on (the shoulder pad is definately from a light source).
The blue is also bleeding onto the skull on his left gauntlet.

I\'d probablly hit the \'6\' button (OK, I did actually hit the \'6\'). It is a reasonably clean job but some smudges are evident and the highlighting is a bit weak.

I\'ve got minis in my thingie the same or better quality with about the same rating.

7. It appears the mini is better than the photo shows. And I try to not knock someone for a bad shot.

I\'m with Shawn on this - I think it\'s a 7. But I\'m usually surprised by ratings given that 5 is supposed to be \"tabletop.\"

I know that there are whole threads on rating though. For me, as a former gamer, I remember what \"tabletop\" meant. As a painter that doesn\'t play it\'s interesting that my decent work is now considered \"tabletop\" and I have seen a couple of Golden Daemon pieces with a 6.x in the queue.
