I\'d like some feedback on this WIP. I know some of you have already commented from the confrontation forums.

He\'ll eventually end up on Ebay, with the option of a simple turned base for display, or the plain base so you can match him to your army.

great start...

It is looking very nice indeed. I love the leathery look of his cowl.

The runic tattoos along the arms are very cool, but the ones on the face are a bit distracting. The face loses a little of the detail because of them. Maybe if they were a little thinner, or if the green parts were highlighted more to help define it.

Very good stuff so far....;)

I would tone down the arm tatts as well.I have tattoos and believe me the are never that bright and sharp, like most people paint them.Wash them with the green skintone to dull and \"fade\" them.

Klute\'s right... and the fact that that particular tat is out in the sun means it\'ll be faded even more.

Hmmm, it may also be the pic that\'s making the tat\'s look so bright. The light is too close or something, cause he\'s got a lot of glare on him. Nice mini though, especially the skin. What colours did ya use for the skin?

Here\'s the colour card I started with. The numbers are the numbers you find on the bottles.

Flat Green #1 is because I have two flat greens that are actually different greens, one is mislabelled but I\'m not sure which. I ended up using Reflective Green and Lime green, as they were warm greens, and the middle two are cold greens. Also, I made a conceptual leap when I did the flesh, so my thoughts were starting are different from how I would approach it now (basically, realizing that Confrontation miniatures look so bright because they don\'t use really dark shading)
