female skin

i have been asked recently about female skin tones and how i go about it, so here goes.

elf flesh with a tiny bit of dark brown for the base coat.
add skull white for highlights.

then the face, tan for lips eye shadow and cheek bone shade.

then use a flesh wash glaze to change the tone and smooth it down.

add a little brown ink for the shadows.
for the deep shadows add purple.

white glaze for the hot spots of light.

sorry it was brief but my computer keeps crashing and i have already typed this out twice:mad:

hope it helps :)

if you want a more western european instead of east, you should add elf flesh for highlights before adding skull white, this will make it look more pinky.

you could also try using a dark flesh (red brown) instead of a plain dark brown.

lots of variety with only a few paints. :)
