Figone MIniature company issues

Has anyone had any issues with shipping with Figone? My first order from them was great. Item shipped promptly and received within a week. Second order has been nothing but a nightmare. Order was placed on the 14th of Jan. Got an email saying is was shipped on the 21st. Fine. Weeks go by no package. Sent numerous emails with no response. Finally emailed Allen Carresco since he deals with this company, and got a response within a day. Said he would talk to the guys and find out what's going on. Get an email the next day from Jerome, and apologizes saying that their email system had issues and that he sent out my package the previous week, which would have been Feb 8th. Said it usually takes about a week to reach the US. March 3rd, still no package, and of course not responding to emails either. Pretty fed up at this stage. Tried filing a dispute through paypal but got denied. I hate to be such an "ass" about it, but this seems kind of ridiculous to me.

Sorry...don't know where it's shipped to or from, but I do know that over Christmas, I had a couple of orders with UK companies that seeminigly took forever.

It turned out that Homeland Security was forcing small packages, that have traditionally gone on passenger planes, to be carried only by freight planes....

It was well over a month for both packages to finally show up.

But, in my case, my emails were always answered, so I can certainly understand your frustration.

It doesn't help for me to say 'be patient' but, maybe that's what you'll have to do

That's a little reassuring. Honestly I think the lack of communication, and the inconsistency with shipping times is what's throwing me for a loop.

Hm, problems might occure due to the fact that Jeremie is currently travelling Africa on Bike and maybe his abscence setup is not that well...?... Allan should know, I really hope you will get your Package soon... They are very lovely and responsible people... Hope you will get it soon......
