Finally got a camera

I would say they are solid 6\'s and it won\'t take much to break 7\'s.

Holmes, the paint looks grainy. Not enough dilution or camera problem? Highlights on cheeks are well done. Need work on eyes and blackline between fingers.

Overall, need to blackline, need to highlight more and wash darker (more spread between shadow and light). Eyes need more work (I know from experience - look at mine :|~)

Goods: Bases are outstanding (thumbs-up). Colors a solid with good brush control.

You are improving - keep striving to make each one better.

I am not so sure I like the skin tones on Kordius and Dar. Its not that they are too dark, but there is no contrast and not enought highlighting. Looking at a person in real life and you see all kinds of colors related to the base color.

I agree with airhead, blacklining would help.

You are definately on the right path. I dig the Warlord...

Don\'t get me wrong I really like it and like I said in my comment it has just given me a great idea but the title needs some clarifying for my paint and sleep addling brain.

The slugga toting ork walking across the battle torn city with the remains of a decimated space marine lying at his feet. . . i don\'t know about you but this doesn\'t exactly give me a warm fuzzy and make me think of cute puppies and bunnies.

I like em, especially your mercenary huntress. She\'s quite clean, nice colours, etc.

Kage-Dar looks way too sunburned, though.

Thanks :flip: the pics could stand to be better. they are not quite as crisp as i would like. i actually didnt \"get\" a camera i barrowed one everything i know about mini photography is a combination of what i have seen on this site added to a bit of trial and error.
