So here is my first airbrushed model using vallejo model air and my custom spray booth with the airbrush that I got for Christmas. The effect is quite good, and I really enjoyed using the airbrush. The set up cost £70 for tank-compressor, hose, pressure valve/gauge, water trap and airbrush. I bought the vallejo white primer, which is really great and a model air paint set. This gives me fifteen colours and a varnish, but of course the colours mix and I might try to thin down some of my citadel paints for shooting.
I have still to start work on my tyranids, but first must help build the remaining kits that my stepsons were given by father Christmas !
