Staying away from porn there are a few of things you can do.
1. Ask a female friend to do a little modelling.
2. Download and play about with DAZ 3D (www.daz3d.com). It is a 3D modelling software where you can pose the model, play with lighting etc. Might be worth a try. Could become costly if you want to upgrade and purchase new models etc.
3. Try Magic Sculpture http://www.magicsculpture.com They have various poses already done which you can download in pdf format and rotate.
