First NMM attempt.. check it out!

Heya folks,


This is the first of what I hope is many posts here at CMON.

I was hoping some of you nice folks could take a look at my latest mini. I tried something new, NMM, and I am looking for good feedback on what I could do better, and such.

If yall have a minute or two, check it out, I would appreciate it!

Great job there. Maybe a few more dark layers into the blade to really give it some contrast would help the NMM on the blade.

I dig the mini too. Oh, maybe a dry brush on the static grass on the base just to dull it down a little and make it look a little more realistic.

NMM looks fine but as ARma said just a bit darker shades would give it just the last bit of realism. I have a little problem with the shoes and some of the straps, I think the color comes to close to your NMM, if you changed that it would also make the blades stand out more......

Very nice first attempt

My only problem with it is that as said before it looks too similar to the colour of the shoes etc.
What I like to do is add a tint of blue to my NMM to distinguish it from the greys.

Anyway your first try is better than my fifthlol

Nice work. I think maybe some more contrast but overall the mini is well painted. Did the vote thing.
