Well hello there!
Glad to have finally signed up to post my miniatures and rate others!
I do think what this forum might need is a "welcome" type of board. Kinda like dakkadakka has.
Get an idea of the rules, policy and what is cool/not cool to do on here. Also always a good way to get that "first post" to activate ones account.
This place looks great, looking forward to having a lot of fun

In regard to your points, well there's the FAQ thread sticky'd at the top of the listing here, T&C's at the bottom of the page, most people introduce themselves in much the same way you have by posting in this section of the forum as for anything else, well we kinda make it up as we go along!
We aim to have fun here, so some of us are irreverent, some like me warped twisted and downright evil, there's a whole spectrum ( and Rainbow) of people, just don't be shy. Drop you clothes at the pool side and jump in, we promise we won't look too much!

As a side question, I've submitted a picture and its status is set to "waiting". I assume a mod has to clear its acceptance first? Do all pictures have to, or only the first one?
