Liche Purple added to the base colour will give you a strong shade to work with.
A light grey added to the Dwarf Flesh will give a slightly Aged and infirm look to the skintone but I\'d tend to stick to Bleached Bone as a highlight additive.
Well it all depends on what kind of skin tone your going for. If your base coat is Dwarf flesh. And you kinda want a slightly darker skin tone, liek the found on dwarves, or norse. (for a fantasy look) i would say shadow 50/50 dwarf flesh, tanned flesh. Then shadow tanned flesh. And if you want to go darker do 50/50 Tanned/Dark flesh. This will give you a pretty intense tone. for highlighting just add elf flesh. This is for a FANTASY look, not a realistic look.

I believe the correct answer here is Tallarn Flesh. Foundation paints win.
Tallarn, Dwarf, 50/50 Dwarf and Elf/Bleached Bone/whatever. Glaze with purple, and then maybe reapply the hilight in one or two places. Should work well for ya.
