FlunkUtron's Dark Eldar

Been out of the painting game for awhile. Thought I would start posting updates on my Dark Eldar army. This is the colour scheme I'm going for, hopefully you guys like it. If anyone has some suggestions for the base feel free to share I haven't quite decided what to go for yet.

looking good so far, the scheme is very cool. not sure what to do on base either, something quite dark and neutral so as not to distract from the model.

Small update, backs been finished now to just finish the base. I agree coyotebreaks, something subtle. Probably just go with a muddy brown with some static grass of some sort.

id go for some rocks/ruins for easy basing instead. mud and static grass makes no one happy

Wych one complete! Thanks for the feedback everyone. And Skelly! Good to see your still looking out for me. Ill definitely be adding ruins on some of the bigger models in the army. I ordered a ton of rackham Dirz models to proxy for my Talos unit/khymera so the bases on those guys should be much more elaborate.

Reduced the highlights on the breasts and face was looking a bit too whitewashed for my liking. Just for the base now...

Looks to me like they all have some battle paint on their faces. And I agree Nice work FlunkUtron !

It is supposed to be warpaint/tattoo I can make it a little more distinct though Thanks for the kind words guys. Have you been working on anything lately Terra?

Some red glowy bits done, in case people were wondering it isn't blood. The idea is that their is red ichor stuff flowing through the tubing all over them.

Hey bro , loving the dark eldar , colour scheme and overall feel.
the tattoo is looking nice now really pops on the head with shading , and yeah i have been doing a little bit of paint cruise by my wip later , im still learning but doing a lot of experimenting with different things, i will wreck a few figures but want to find out why things work not just what to do cause thats just the way its done ,maybe silly bat hey im enjoying painting .
