I recall the cartoon as a lad (Mind you the animation in that looks like it\'s not the same) but I\'ve never seen that advert, judging by the clothes and haircuts it must have been shown in one of those old faux wood paneled TVs with no remote. lol

Wow, I know I\'ve seen that but can\'t remember if I saw it on TV or just years afterward. It\'s pretty close to when I first started playing, although the Basic set pictured is the 1981 version (Erol Otus) whereas I had the 1979 version (no idea who did the artwork.)

That actress was the girl in the D&D commercial, although it is hard to tell. I don\'t remember her name, but she was the vampire chick in Lost Boys, and she has been in some TV shows more recently.

HAH! Girls do play D&D thank you all. I know because my fiance, who is in fact a girl, she has boobies and that\'s proof, plays D&D. In fact she played for years before i did, ok i was playing vampire at that time but still. Plus i\'m so special i know at least 3 other girls that play D&D.... compared to the 300 boys i know that play it.

I refute your proof. I have seen some very large boobies on things that aren\'t female.
