For the Watch (Jon Snow Tactic Card)

I have a doubt regarding Jon Snow's Tactic Card "For the Watch!".

Isn't this supposed to be "Each time a friendly NCU claims Swords or Horse zones, you may replace that zone's effect with:" instead of "Each time this unit is targeted by the Swords or Horse zones, you may replace that zone's effect with:" as it is for "Motivated by Coin"?

It looks like this card has not been updated with the 2021 concept, and it looks like the 1.6 version of "Motivated by Coin".

Thank you for the time you creators/designers are dedicating to this.

No, as these are not the same effect, specifically, with different triggering events.

Motivated by Coin triggers when an NCU Claims a zone, replacing the effect at that moment. For The Watch triggers when the unit is targeted by the effect of the zone, whatever it may be. This is a very technical difference, but matters in some specific contexts. One example would be the Targaryen card "Field Control", which switches the, usually beneficial effect, to a negative. This is done when an NCU Claims the zone. In that specific event, Field Control would replace the zone effect upon being Claimed. If Jon's unit was subsequently targeted for the effect, it would then be (again) replaced by the For The Watch effect, effectively bypassing the Field Control negative.

Again, that is a technical example and really only becomes the case when a negative zone replacement effect comes into play, but still using as an example as to why the technical difference in steps matters.

Made another post on this, but it was not yet answered. How bout the interaction with For the Watch and Intercept Orders. Claim Zone -> Target unit with For the Watch -> Zone Replaced -> Intercept orders is played -> Now what? I'd think you can't target another unit because I already replaced it with "This unit" which is that specific unit with For the Watch on it. There is no other identical unit to be "this unit"

Sorry and what about Field control and Jarl or Endless horde? If my NCU claim the horse zone I can deploy my unit before that my opponent cancel the effect with Field Control? reading the book when two effect as the same timing the player that is the owner of the NCU trigger the effect before...

It has already been answered.
Field Control counters Endless Horde and Outflank.

The player who claims the zone declares he wants to play a tactic card, the opponent does the same.
The tactic zone is replaced first by the active player with, forn example, Endless Horde. After that the zone is replaced again with Field Control.

The active player applies his effects before, than the opponent does the same.

So, in this case, the horse zone would have been replaced twice, with Field Control replacing Outflank or Endless Horde.
