Staying true to form with a track record of Silly Bollocks...
:D And do most Sci-Fi movies ever give us anything but silly bollocks(*) and eye candy. lol
To be honest if I want a movie to give me a couple of hours of \"switch off\" from reality I have no problem with something like this. I just don\'t expect it to be a life changing experience, for that I\'d probably rather turn the pages of a book.

(* Anyhow Bollocks do look silly no matter how much a part of us they are {and an important part at that} aesthetically speaking, not the best of designs. Women on the other hand, well I\'m right in there with Heinlien\'s point of view, Orchids indeed :D)

The problem I have with movies like this are that we\'ve got these crappy explode-a-thon\'s that make money but are actually really poor once we scrape beneath the nano thin surface. We\'ve seen in the past couple years with X-Men, Batman, Iron Man, Star Trek and some others that you can have big screen \"summer movies\" that still make sense and have more to offer then a movie laden with the kind of symbolism a 6th grader would laugh at and disregard as cheesy.

Still. Be it on video or not..... sigh.... I WILL wind up seeing this show. Dammit. Where do I apply to have my name removed from the pop culture membership list again?

What\'s even worse then 2012 is the inevitable spoof movie that will get made by the Wayans bro\'s about it. Who ARE you people that still go see their flicks?
