So I see alot of bases these days (and probably for ages as I have only recently go imterested in looking at bases) are covered with small plants and flowers and I was wondering where you get said foliage from.

I live in Oz but a general idea will do. OTYBL

My secret for you guys:

Silver Birch Catkin seeds. Use the dried seeds from the Silver birch trees and slowly roll it between your fingers...

Hundreds of perfectly shaped leaves.

Depends what sort of effect you\'re after...

Temperate deciduous?

Equatorial jungle?

Deathworld jungle?

Frozen tundra?

Seeds\' leaves are already in a natural color and it\'s free ;) :D

not stricly true, you have to:
SPEND your time collecting them,
SPEND your time sorting the seeds from the \'leaf\' shapes.
And, if you want Foliage instead of Forest Litter:
SPEND your time painting them green. See it\'s just spend, spend, spend

I\'ve done all that for you and even put them in a little baggy too, that just makes one spend
seems logical to me..
;):D

But hey, things in life don\'t come free

At least it\'s still free. Hell, I\'d even planted a tree just for this purpose!

I may order some of the leaf stuff from you mick. Do you have a close up of what they look like.

The actual thing I was looking for tho is the miniature flowers etc.

spend some time looking for dried flowers..
Often the centre of these can be broken up and used as small flowers etc..
Spice racks yield some surprises.
Dolls house companies are also producing better quality plants and internal decor...
