Some time ago (as in over 18 months) I bought a Forge World Bloodthirster. I've been doing very tiny little bits of work on this over time, though never really made any major painting in-roads. Construction wise though the model is pretty much their. The wings are primed and undercoated (and started to base coat), the body is primed. However with further investigation, the whip cords and axe were both badly formed.

So last week, I phoned Forge World up and they agreed to replace them - specially cast up as replacements. Well I really can't fault their service as when I came into work today following a day off yesterday, I found a very well padded box with my replacement parts in. Yes they do require some tidying and green stuffing, but they are a vast improvement in comparison to the duff ones.

So thank you Forge World, for top notch customer service - even months after I bought the product!
