Couple of projects on the go at the moment, here's the lates new start a plasma cannon conversion of the forgeworld 120mm model.
here is a picture of Mephs original out of the factory 120mm model for comparison (hope you dont mind me posting it its one of the nicest i know of).

iateyourbananas theres a new model involved different pose but the idea is to do fully intercheangable devastator equipment plan eventually to do them all.

Welcome to the great Plasma cannon build off.

For some time now cassar has been mentoring me on my builds. We got chatting as I had yet to add a devastator to my line up. I had planned on doing a heavy bolter then cassar suggested we both do a Plasma cannon and for fun get all you folks on CMON to judge which one is best. Now as the saying goes you can't step in the ring with Ali cos you think you can box. And I will be the first to applaud cassar for his build skills. There will therefore be two rounds, round one is for the build and round 2 is for the paint job. Both will share a WIP here. so far all I have is the basic pose and a template to check scale and fit.
