Just a question for you guys while you are posting. Is it as aforementioned that its within your contracts not to discuss salary? Or can you guys freely decide whether to or not?

As i mentioned in my post earlier i presumed it had changed a great deal from when i had mentioned.

Either way imo its gota be pretty decent to do something most do as a hobby as a job
