Forgeworld Bloodthirster half way through

Hey guys, here's my Forgeworld Bloodthirster half done. I'm not sure what colour to do his wing membranes. Any ideas?

Also any idea where I can get my hands on a cool axe? It's just I want to give him two axes.View attachment 5341

I used to have that model, and sadly sold it away.

I'd check toy action figures for a big meaty axe. Like something from the Todd McFarlane range. You may have to sturdy it up a bit, but I'll bet the size is pretty close.

well according to colour theory you could quite easily go with a green since they are complementary colours. but personally i dont feel that would work and you would isntead have a deranged christmas tree eating children. i would actually go with a purple/human flesh look. try mixing liche purple with some dwarf flesh/fortress grey. i think you will be surprised with the outcome.
