Hello world

This is my very first post, just wanted to share my latest project, a Greater Chaos Dragon from Forgeworld. Hope you like it.

Slightly improved photos up.

Done in traditional Tzeentch colour. It is 13 inches tall and 15 inches wide.

I am hoping to get some inspiration for the base, i'm thinking crater effect, but is not quite sure how to execute it.

looks good but could do with bigger pics to tell. good luck with the base, gonna be a pain to execute well

Welcome to the mad house!!

nice, bigger pics would be better

to make craters get some metal/foil pie dishes, turn them upside down and push the bottoms in, this naturally crinkles up the edges work your way around the dish so it all sits nice and flat, glue it down to a suitable base and cover with some thin filler, then sand and flock as required
