Hiya, some of you may recall this mini in the WIP threads. I fixed the lost finger and got him finished (well... bar the servitor skull!)

Although he was a bugger to prep and paint, and the arms shattered when I dropped him (the pointing finger is a thin paperclip and greenstuff) I reallyhad fun, and learned a few trhings whilst painting him.

Will add a votey link when I figure out how to combine 3 images into one!

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.:)Vote Here (thanks Matty!)

Is he 54mm or 30mm scale?

Would you like me to quickly combine the images and email them to you?

*EDIT* iv combined them and saved them at 200kb, if you want it just PM me your email address, pictures are the same size in the combined as they are singly.

I think that this is a really good model apart from the sword. It looks abit blotchy and unfinished.Apart from that is a very nice model.:)

Cheers Matty, Have PM\'ed you! He is 28mm, the same as your regular GW mini\'s.

Thanks for the feedback James, I\'m not 100% happy with the blade myself and was after a different effect, but gave up on my 4th attempt at it

Very nice work. I have the mini myself and know how intimidatingly detailed the sculpt is... The red coat looks awesome :)

I think the sword would have looked better without the two horizontal white lines. But it very much looks like a power sword. Well done overall.

Thanks for all the feedback guys. Although I am not 100% happy with the sword, I didn\'t think it was all that bad. I guess I shall just have to take it on the chin and learn from it for next time :D

Yaaay, currently my highest mini yet at 7.9 with 40 odd votes! getting closer to that 8 score... next time Gadget, Next time...lol

fantastic amount of detail on a 28mm sculpt and you did a great job bringing it out with your painting. The very dark subdued tones really help with the mood of the environment. Cool toxic waste, did you do it according to the tutorial on CMON?

I\'m so-so on the model, on one hand i like it on the other not so impressed. However the dark tones fit well with what i know of 40K. The sword is a bit rough but not that bad. Did the vote thing.

Having watched this model come together on the WIP section, I am glad to see you have gotten it finished and to such a high standard as well.

I really like the color scheme you have gone with for this model. I actually like the sword, the blue makes it stand out!

Voted :)

Although I like the Model (and the painting), the Energy Sword doesnt please me, it looks like a laser sword from Star Wars. But the Cloak is very well done. Nice Work!
