My friend Johnny order a crapload of stuff from FW and guess what happened, they said he ordered too much and sent him part of his order but still charged for the rest of their order. That is quite a hater move for FW to make. What do you think of this situation?

@RedsevenBlue; your explanation of this isn\'t making sense.
Either there are several factors missing from the story, or your friend has not given you the full facts.

that cant be right as if he ordered too much stuff its likely he would get free P&P

or he ordred alot and they were out of some of it

try re wording your explanation or find out the full story

Are the rest of the items backordered?

I placed a rather large order from Forgeworld a while back, and had nothing but good service!

That can happen if they haven\'t got the full stock that he ordererd, he will probably find the missing part of his order will be posted too him when it is available to send at no extra postage cost i might add. GW and FW may have alot of faults but i have found that the customer service side has usually been top notch. Your friend will have been given an order number and an item list as well so it would not be too hard for him to chase this up.

What does this mean? :duh:

Definition from UrbanDictionary:
1. Pot monkey

Nickname for any stoner who tokes too much.
Also can be used to offend stoners who are stoned.

Dude, pass the spliff you pot monkey!

Now, why did you call me that?

He just means its like the pot calling the kettle black. He just threw monkey in there randomly, I\'m sure there was no intent to offend you in that way.

he ordered about $500 to $700 bucks worth of small conversion kits and transferes and troops. That\'s what happened, all he got was this: The IG transfer sheet, The earthshaker conversion kit, and the basilisk shield. and a call saying that he ordered too much for them too handle and they still charged him for all the other stuff, either they are still shipping the stuff and had a person who couldn\'t explain how a paper bag works call or they charged him for the stuff that he aint gonna get.

Well, in that case it just means he ordered more stuff than they had in stock. They shipped what they had so your friend wouldn\'t have to wait an age for everything.

Then, when they have the rest they will send it to him.

I\'m sure it\'s not Forgeworld pulling a \'hater move (?)\' and is just them trying to give the best customer service they can under the circumstances.
