Not that I am aware of.
BUT Forgeworld\'s website is only marginally less customer info helpful than GW\'s.
Their events section hasn\'t been touched since 2007 Gamesday and the newsletter section is becoming a laugh.

I seem to remember them saying they\'ll have a new special ed fig out for their open day, but I can\'t remember whether that\'s before or after Salute.

futile .........:drunk:

I\'ve heard they are but no official announcement et.. I also hear there is some sort of Forgeworld thing on at warhammer world on the 4th April ?? anyone any ideas there .. If i\'s an open day type affair then that may be where they have the event mini available for the first time.. same as they have done in previous years.????

I have to agree with Mike though .. the site is pretty damn poor for any of that kind of info.

From the FW newsletter:
Forge World Open Day 2009
Forge World will be holding it`s annual Open Day at Warhammer World in Nottingham on Sunday the 5th of April. Admission to this event as usual is free on the door. Always a popular day out, we will have our sales stand with a good selection of our stock and our full studio team will be on hand to show off sneak peeks of what we have in store for the future, and be available to answer (nearly) all of your questions.

We will also be previewing Imperial Armour Volume Seven - The Siege of Vraks Part 3, showing off some previously unseen models for Orks and Chaos and putting on some exciting participation games. It will be also your first chance to get your hands on this year’s new show only model, but as to just what that new model will be, we`ll have to keep you in suspense about for now! There`ll be a painting competition for you to bring your Forge World models to, where a trophy will be awarded to the best in show, and skill and interest, rather than size, will win the day. (More details on this will be available on the website shortly). We`ll also be having our usual charity raffle to win a titan, and this year it`ll be a big one!

If you are planning to attend the Open Day, you can also place a reservation order with us to pick up and pay for at the show, either by giving us a call on 0115 916 8177 or by sending us an email with details of your name and what you are after to fwreservations@games-workshop.co.uk Your reservation must reach us by the 27th of March.

So, yes, there is a new ltd ed FW mini coming, but not in time for Salute.

Well it seems as if I might be having a word in a couple of people\'s ear at Salute as I consider forgeworlds \'customer support\' as a failure.
I have to ask why people are no longer getting newsletters when they haven\'t opted out?
GW/Forgeworld bashing thread and lets all have a Drink. lol

I get FW news letter all the time. You should make sure what ever mail program you are using isn\'t filtering it out. Sometimes you need to make sure the FW email address is in your address book now to get those sorts of emails.

Oh your saying when they upload it to the site.. yeah thats slow. I was saying I get them in my email a couple times a month sometimes. Yes who ever is their web master, they are quite slow at updating things.

That\'s what it is them damn crazy yanks spend more money on forgeworld than us tight wad brits.. so they get preferencial treatment.

I\'ve got them as a contact and as a safe email sender but still like Freak I get one once in a while .. it\'s not the biggest disaster in the world but the forgeworld and Andrea newsletters are the only ones that had th ability to perk up my day a bit .. as long as I looked at them without looking atany prices:D
