The green you mentioned must be the Death Dealer by David Soderquist of Bronze Age Miniatures (ulfr on CMON). An awesome sculpt, but done purely for personal satisfaction and not licensed so therefore not on the market.

There were 2 miniatures by Ral Partha in the late 70s that were clearly the Death Dealer (1 mounted, 1 on foot) called Super Hero, mounted and Super Hero. Must not have been licensed either. I have the mounted version and it is an ok figure for when it was done, but the one on foot is just awful and I sold it off in an ebay auction. I also have a figure that is obviously Darkwolf from Fire and Ice but have never been able to figure out who made it - it is an old piece but pretty well done. Also, Cell Entertainment was supposed to have a Death Dealer miniatures skirmish game out a couple of years ago, but it never happened and the company appears to have gone under. I saw a picture of one of the figures, so they must have produced a few - I would love to get my hands on them.

that would be cool...

I think a line based on Frazettas work would be great. Such great imagry.

I found some old Frazetta posters from the \'70s and have framed them and have them hanging in my hobby room, for inspiration....

This one is pretty cool...Not quite qualifying as a mini, but still fun to look at...

I am almost finished with my first two scuplts and I love Frazetta\'s work so much that I have sculpted a mini diorama of Fratzetta\'s Text SWAMP DEMON and the mist rising up from the water gave me alot of problems, but I\'m just about ready to post the greens before I paint it up! The second WIP is Frazetta\'s REASSEMBLED MAN, where four naked ladies are dangling from a man\'s hand. Cool piece and I molded my son\'s hand to use in this project. I like Frazetta\'s fuller-figure ladies and the way he blends his painting, obscuring some of the details into sepia tones.....

Can\'t wait to see your take on it. I do prefer his \'women\' and the vague softness he uses when painting them. I had a series of pen and ink drawings of his and he still somehow manages to get that same feeling.

Alot of your stuff (semi clothed fuller figured) women remind me of Frazetta.;)
