After eight weeks two days in a right wrist plaster the Dr gave me the nearlly all clear.

I\'m now plaster free but still have to wear a wrist splint for the majority of the time..

I\'m just sooooo glad I didnt have to have surgery, which was what it looked like this morning :D

I crashed my pushbike. It was really wet and a taxi pulled out from behind a parked car and I pulled the brakes on and skidded into the side of the taxi. I then cycled two miles to college, sat through a lesson then got my parents to take me to the hospital :)

It\'s a good idea to wear a helmet in every sport that includes downhills and high speeds.

I believe it now after the third crash with my longboard this summer. I was lucky to land on my arm, not my head this time but it was a close call. I lost a good portion of skin from my right arm but fortunately I didn\'t end up as a vegetable. I\'ll never ride another hill without a helmet again.

Good to hear you are getting better. Wear a helmet but never slow down.

Ps. And do post a picture of your zombie arm. :)
