This is a mini I painted up yesterday. I\'m getting quicker at painting good minis. I tried to bring my highlights up higher like Seb suggested. I did add some pink to his lips and cheeks for a little color. I hope you guys like him.

very small. The wooden cube is 1 inch.

My only point of critique is the inside of the hat lacks some shading IMO, it\'s a just the dark brown basecoat that seems to be showing.

No idea. For whatever reason when I post minis they are all getting snipped. It is what it is. For me, CMON is for advertising purposes and sharing my work. I can\'t control the actions of others.

I find it disappointing to see this happening--not only to me but to many others.

if it\'s any consolation, i just brought him up from a 4.6 to a 4.7!

I have to keep telling myself that it\'s jealousy. I can\'t see any other reason for it to be honest. Anyway, off to shower and then keep on painting into the wee hours of the night.

It isn\'t just you. I think there is probably a script out there just voting on minis because the way the site is set up.

Not sure how outliers are taken care of, but some of it will probably be cleared up in a few days when the system takes care of those outliers.

It really needs to be user only voting. That would stop the problems, and then bad users could be banned form the gallery site and IPs checked or something. Decade old software is pretty easily cracked using simple POST or GET methods for forms.

There are just a bunch of dou....bad people out their.

I like it and had to go find me a 1 inch cube and a mini that looks the same to really appreciate how small this thing is and the finite details you got on it.

I voted the other day, gave it like an 8 or so because the block was unfinished base.

While you get quicker at painting good minis, I wish I could get one that good with the rest of the time I have in life for just a single mini!
