So here we are in Baton Rouge.
Hurricane Katrina was easy just some limbs to clean up.
But this hurricane NO.
I was up from 3 am to 7am this morning, knee deep in water sand bagging, with the flu at that.
All in all a very wet, cold, coughing and hacking, miserable experience.

Bites to be you (and a lot of other folks out there). Honestly, just don\'t let it get you crushed. We\'re all behind you. Only... back here. Let\'s hope hurricane season don\'t bring any more trouble...

Bad enough to have your house flooded but I hope your minis are OK. But seriously I hope everything turns out well for you. At least the Gov might be quicker to get of thier fat a$$3$ this time and help out. Good luck

Glad you are ok. The rain fallout from Rita just started to fall on us as I speak. Hope it travels through swiftly. I don\'t fancy sandbagging either.

Well ED good to see you survived. If it makes you feel better we swept 80 lbs of sand off the roof of the office at work after the last sandstorm. Not quite the same, but we did sandbag the generator last week.

Dave, glad to hear you made it through with minimal loss of property.

I am only a year behind in my hurricane repairs now. Screens still are not done and the roof still is not reshingled. But we are safe, sound and weathertight.

Lloyd, you sandbag something for a completely different reason over there. (almost funny.)

Actually we sandbagged the generator cause its to damn loud - I think we\'d all jump for joy if it took a round cause then they\'d have to get us a new one.lol

Nope - no parts, and the 220 side is shorted out, so all its running is the 110 - and thats almost to much for it.
