I have the same problems but I just trudge through it.
It takes quite some effort to reprogram the page to make it fit mobile devices. You kind of have to build the webpage from scratch, again, and take in account different devices and a very different kind of outlay, make tough decisions on what to keep in what to leave out (and where to put the ads that help keep this wonderful website free of charge).
It would be an investment (time and money, friend). So I think there would have to be quite the significant amount of people viewing the site from mobile devices for them to consider.
