Fun new game.

It\'s a counter based game I bought back in 1976. There are about a dozen scenarios, and in some the Skinnies take one side OR the other, depending on which objectives you complete by a certain turn. It stays very TRUE to the book (unlike the movie). I haven\'t played one of my old counter games in awhile; I wonder if I could interest my kids?

Consider yourself lucky, then. He really has NOTHING to do with Starship Troopers, just that the SAME actor that played Doogie had a small role in the movie.

Doogie Howser...MD

Neal Patrick Harris is who they are referring to, he was the \'intelligence officer\' in Starship Troopers, the movie.

He starred on a Television series in the early 90\'s where he was a \'genius\' student (doogie Howser), who graduated Med School, and became a practicing physician by the time he was 16. And I thought my HMO was bad....

I probably would have enjoyed the movie if I hadn\'t read Robert Heinlein\'s CLASSIC novel. His version was poignant and riveting, not pulpy space-opera garbage. Ah well... at least they did a decent job with LotRs.
