Game of Thrones casting call

I have been listening to the unabridged recording of George R R Martin\'s Game of Thrones, and now Clash of Kings, and I was wondering if any other readers would like to say who they think would do a good job as which character. Please cut and paste the list with your additions. I will start out with

And to avoid confusion, the George R.R. Martin series is called A Song of Ice and Fire, the first of which is called A Game of Thrones.

I totally misread the first post. It was my understanding that there was a Casting Couch game involving Angelina Jolie. I guess I gotta go back on the ADD meds!

My vote is for Orlando Bloom to play Ser Loras aka the Knight of Flowers.

The confusion continue.. reading the title I was thinking that someone was casting the miniatures based on the George R R Martin\'s books
Well.... someone is casting them (http://www.westeros.org/ASoWS/Miniatures/) but..

And Swordwind, you are right those would make better choices. I was also thinking that Edward Norton might make a better Jamie Lanister, and Paul Giamatti might make a better Tyrion too.
