Game Zone??

Has any one painted a mini from a German company called Games Zone. I\'d reall appreciate some comments on the quality of their mini\'s....

... the reason for the query is that the photos on their website are truely awful and I can only find a couple of better photos on C\'MON....

... anyway, if anyone out there has any thoughts on the quality of the casting, level of detail etc, I\'d love to hear before I part with my hard earned cash.

I believe they are actually a French company. Some of their new minis have 360 videos on utube. Shows them off much better.

Sadly I have yet to get any here in the US. I have a store which is working with a distributor who says they are getting them, though it\'s been a couple of months now that I\'ve been hearing that so I am begining to doubt if I will ever get ahold of any. :rolleyes:

i\'ve got the troll swingin\' the horse that i landed in a lot i bought from england...seems to be a nice sculpt, and casting as far as quality goes...i haven\'t assembled him yet, so i can\'t say how that will be, but he was cut up into enough seperate pieces to get a nice casting, and a pose with a lot of motion...
the pics on their website definitely scare me...they look horrible...
i would say buy a few of the smaller minis like the three goblins moonin\' the opposition, or one or two of the wolfriders, to try them out and see what ya think...if you are in europe shippin\' on a small order should not be too much, so what have ya got to lose...
too bad we can\'t seem to get \'em here in the states, \'cause there are quite a few of these guys that i would like to get my hands on...

I was looking at these the other day and the website drove me mad with their pop up larger images that are barely larger than the thumbnails!

I found this site in the UK which seems to have some better photos though.

rofl, i HATE that! it suprises me that there are still companies out there with small, crappy photos, or, worse still, NONE AT ALL!!!

breadhead you\'re a star, those photos are much thanks. I\'m going to order a few of the mounted dark elves. I\'ll post some comments once they arrive. Thanks for all you\'re help.

Undave- Artemis Blacks is closed for a while according to their front page :(
Hopefully they\'ll be back up soon though, they seem to carry a pretty good range.
