Hi Jkaen

Sorry to hear you are having problems!

From our experience and assuming the server is working fine (which, thankfully, is most of the time :p ), this problem usually occurs when your computer\'s internet settings are set to not accept cookies. I\'m not much of a techie, but the solution is usually found in the internet options > internet privacy/security. I have mine set to medium and it works fine.

If you have any more problems, drop me a line and I\'ll happily sort you out, so to speak :D

Cheers!

Well it seems that this forum is a bit obsolete now seeing as the original problem has been solved, but I want a chance to give old Beelze a slap on the back.

I\'ve used Game Mart a few times now, and every time I\'ve got good service. No messed up orders, very quick despatch, and everything well packaged. What more could anyone want (apart from free figures!)?

:D

Well, since you\'re asking Sturmhalo, there\'s always room for improvement so might I suggest slightly cheaper prices on Confrontation? Tartan Entertainment is the other place that I shop for Conf. stuff and their prices are significantly cheaper than Game Mart. However, I tend to combine ordering vallejo paints with Conf. minis and then it\'s not so bad, plus the discount on preorders is rather nice and they also have a loyalty scheme which is another plus! Shipping is also fast so thats good too. :D

Hi Kat

Well... as you say it\'s the 6th today and the comp is over and I\'m currently mulling over the huge amount of entries (2!!). I\'ve just put a new page up on the GameMart website but have hit a bit of a snag which I\'m currently trying to resolve!

To keep the suspense unbearable, I\'ll let you know the winner later in the week!!

I have to just say that both entries are very good indeed and would like to congratulate you on your effort.... and to all who didn\'t enter :moon:

I\'ll organise another soon and probably extend the deadline a little (to give the other lazy so-and-so\'s a fair chance :D )

PS Kat... your entry is superb... I love the fur effect on the wolfen and well... in short wonderful!

Kat and I await your decision! If I had a vote I\'d go with hers, to be honest. She has a clean look to her minis that I am working hard to achieve. Only recently has my painting gotten to a level where I want to share it much. But I am very happy with my entry and those may be the best mini photos I have pulled off yet!

And by the way, being from the US, what are those pounds thingys? Is that a currency or a unit of measure?:D

... ( Just a shot across the pond!:p I have done a bit of business in those pounds thingys!)

Thanks guys (blush) you are both too kind. I think Slidedog\'s entry is very good and it is certainly going to be a stiff fight even considering we are the only two entrants. :D

I\'m glad you both like the fur effect. All my wolfen are done in my patent fluffy look (I am a great fan of Werewolf and the art of Ron Spencer in particular, which is why I like my wolfen to look like they have fur).

I have to say though that my Wolfen Crossbow 3 is based a lot on Drodo\'s wolfen crossbow (not sure if you picked up on that), with a few differences - most notable on the blade, and tribal markings on his loincloth affair. But I just think it\'s a perfect colour scheme for that particular model, I loved the grey wolf look to that piece.

The solitaire is based on a husky colour of black face markings and black fur on the back, contrasting with the very light limbs and front.

I\'m now working on the Howling pack. :D
